Official Rules and Regulations (“Contest Rules”)
Trans Global Service Customer Feedback Survey Contest (the “Contest”)
January 1, 2023 to December 25, 2023
This Contest shall be conducted by Trans Global Service, a division of The Brick Warehouse LP (“The Brick”), through LimeTAC Inc. (www.limetac.com).
1. HOW TO ENTER:
No purchase is necessary in order to participate in this Contest.
All entries will be accepted from 9:00:00 AM MST on January 1, 2023 to 11:59:59 PM MST on December 25, 2023 – the “Contest Period”
To enter the Contest during the Contest Period, entrants must:
- Receive an email from TransGlobalService.com containing a link to survey
- Click “Take the Survey” button
- Fill out survey with all appropriate information
- Click “Done” on the survey
The administrators have the right to disqualify ANY entry
Only one entry per person during the course of the Contest Period. Alternate e-mail addresses with the same personal information will be considered to be a duplicate entry and will be removed as an entry from the Contest
Odds of winning depend on the number of entry forms submitted through duration of Contest Period; odds decrease as the entries increase.
2. WHO CAN ENTER:
Subject to compliance with the other rules and conditions of the Contest, this Contest is open to all residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in the province or territory in which she/he resides as of on or before the Draw Date except employees of The Brick Warehouse LP, LimeTAC Inc., FKA Agency, and their immediate family members living in the same household.
Participants agree to abide by the Contest Rules as set out herein, subject to all federal, provincial and municipal laws.
It is a condition of eligibility that the winner authorizes The Brick to announce and publish his/her name, address and photograph, without remuneration or consideration, in any forthcoming publicity.
It is a condition of eligibility that by submitting entry, all entrants agree to have their first name, location and photo shared on social media without remuneration or consideration.
There will be 1 prize during the Contest Period of (1) $250 Pre-Paid Brick Gift Card.
Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.
The Brick’s Satisfaction Guarantee, Price Guarantee and Price Protection policies as published from time to time shall not be applicable to any merchandise obtained as a result of redeeming the Prize or any portion thereof. The Brick’s liability for defective merchandise shall be limited to repairing defective or, where appropriate, to exchanging such defective goods within the manufacturer’s warranty period and in accordance with such warranties. In no case shall The Brick refund or otherwise compensate the winning participants beyond repairing or exchanging defective goods.
4. DRAW PROCEDURES
On “December 28, 2023”, (the “Draw Date”) at 2:00 pm Mountain Time, a select team of The Brick’s marketing team from The Brick’s Corporate Office in Edmonton, AB will declare one winner based off a random draw from eligible entries.
A representative from The Brick will use his/her reasonable efforts to contact the winner by phone or e-mail after the Draw Date. If the winner cannot be reached by telephone or has not contacted The Brick within 10 days of The Brick leaving messages to do so, then that person will be disqualified and The Brick shall proceed to make another random draw and contact the runner-up.
5. DECLARING WINNERS:
The selected winner must execute a declaration and release form confirming compliance with the contest rules and acceptance of the Prize. Within ten (10) business days following the Draw Date, the selected winner must correctly answer a time-limited, arithmetical skill-testing question without the assistance of any person or mechanical/recording device(s). The skill-testing process shall be administered at a pre-arranged time and place.
If the selected winner is unable to correctly answer the skill-testing question or be at the pre-arranged time and date, then that person will be disqualified and the skill testing question will be administered to the runner up.
6. ADDITIONAL TERMS
By participating, entrants agree that: a) these official Contest Rules and The Brick’s records of the draw or any other aspect of this Contest shall be final and conclusive in all respects; and b) release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless The Brick and its directors, officers, and employees from any liability, claims, damages, demands, actions, or causes of action whatsoever which they, their heirs, successors, assigns, executors, or administrators may now or hereafter have directly or indirectly against them or any of them in respect of or relating to the Contest and/or the acceptance or use, misuse, or possession of any prize.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Brick shall not be responsible for print or typographical errors in any Contest-related materials. The Brick reserves the right to amend or vary the Contest rules, including the imposition or addition of new rules which are deemed by The Brick in its sole discretion necessary for business efficacy.
For Québec Residents Only: Any litigation respecting the conduct or organization of a publicity contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux du Québec for a ruling. Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement.
The Brick’s records of the draw or any other aspect of this Contest shall be final and conclusive for all purposes relating to this Contest.
The Winner’s name shall be available upon request from The Brick’s head office provided such demand is made within three months following the Selection Date.
